Police Shut Down Major Child Sexual Abuse Site With 1.8 Million Users

Investigators in Europe say they’ve identified 1,400 suspects who used the Kidflix site, which hosted child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the dark web.

Law enforcement in Europe has dismantled Kidflix, a major site on the dark web that hosted child sexual abuse imagery.

Investigators seized the site and its server on March 11. Europol says 1.8 million users worldwide logged on to the platform between April 2022 and March 2025. The Kidflix server also housed 72,000 videos.

The crackdown also uncovered 1,400 suspected site users. “So far, 79 of these individuals have been arrested for sharing and distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM),” Europol says. “Some of those arrested not only uploaded and watched videos but also abused children.”
